1. Service Provider Status

JG Business Compliance (Pty) Ltd is a private company acting as a professional intermediary. We are not the CIPC, the Department of Labour, or the Compensation Fund. We charge a professional fee to handle the administrative workload of compliance on your behalf.

2. Authorization

By using our services, you grant JG Business Compliance a limited Power of Attorney to act as your authorized representative for the specific purpose of lodging applications with the relevant government authorities.

3. Fees and Refunds

• Professional Fees: These cover our consultation, data capturing, and administrative time.
• Government Fees: These are paid directly to the CIPC or Labour Department.
• Refund Policy: Once an application has been lodged with the government (CIPC/Labour), the Government Fee portion is non-refundable. Professional fees may be refunded at management discretion if no work has commenced.

4. Timelines

All turnaround times listed on this website are estimates based on current government processing speeds and are not guaranteed. JG Business Compliance cannot be held liable for delays caused by system downtime at the CIPC or Department of Labour.

5. User Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information. JG Business Compliance is not liable for rejections caused by incorrect information provided by the client (e.g., incorrect ID numbers or typos in company names).
